- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- one/2 medium onion, thinly sliced

- salt + pepper
- 1/ii tsp dried thyme
- 2 packages gnocchi mine were 17.6 ounces each
- iii tbsp butter
- fresh parsley for serving
- grated parmesan for serving

Prep: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Get out a large dutch oven.
